Sawdust Dryer Machine Process

An ID fan, cyclone, pipelines, and a furnace make up the sawdust drier. Through the feeding hopper, wet sawdust was introduced, where it was combined with hot air from the boiler. This mixture travels through a drying column before being separated by a cyclone separator at the end. The ID Fan handled everything in this process. The hot air in this process causes the water in the sawdust to evaporate, and the dried sawdust is released from the cyclone.
