Description of Product

Rotary Dryer

The main components of a rotary dryer are the shell (or drum), the inlet and outlet hoods, the girth gear (En-9), the riding and tyre ring, the assembly, the burner/hot air generator, the induced draught fan, the raw product inlet hopper, the product discharge, the flights, the air seals, the rave, the cyclone separator and the claddings made of aluminum and cerwool.

Feeding Hopper

The Feed Hopper Is Designed Using Pond/Fly Ash Properties. We Offer An Aeration System And A Vibrator System For Material Free Flow In Order To Make A Smooth Discharge. The Weighing Hopper and Screw Feeder from the Feed Hopper are operated by Plc & Hmi. Therefore, the Dryer Should Receive the Precise Feeding.

Belt Conveyor

We preferred the Chevron Belt Conveyor to transport wet fly ash from the feeding hopper to the dryer’s input while handling it. High-quality structural design and instrumentation components, including Zss, Belt Sway, Pull Cord, and others, are included in our belt conveyor. To control dust, our belt conveyor is completely covered with aluminum or PVC sheet.

Induced Draught Fan

To remove moisture from the dryer and deliver it to the stack or chimney, we are providing the high efficiency forced draught fan.

Coal Fired Direct Heating System

Hot Air Generator and Rotary Dryer System are provided as the heating medium. According to plant location humidity and weather, we choose P.A., F.D., and S.F.D fans. Because of this, we increase the efficiency of our hot air generator by up to 90%.

There Should Be A Fluidized Bed In A Hot Air Generator. In this case, the coal will be sprayed through a nozzle into the area of combustion, raising the temperature of the hot air generator. Generated Air Will Be Passed Through To The Inlet Of The Rotary Dryer. For greater efficiency, we offer instrumentation devices such as RTD Sensors, Dilution Dampers, and Screw Feeders (for properly feeding coal into the heating boiler).

Cyclone Separator

As implied by the name, it is a dust collection system that uses cyclonic waves. Through a rotary air lock valve, it generates cyclonic current to separate light air for an id fan and dust for a bottom collection system.
