Due to its numerous uses in a variety of industries, coconut coir—the fibrous material that a coconut contains between its husk and outer shell—has experienced a major increase in popularity in recent years. It is commonly utilised as an eco-friendly replacement for conventional materials like peat moss and synthetic fibres. But in order to ensure coconut coir’s marketability and usability, drying is a critical operation.
The coconut fibre drying production line, created by KERONE, can be directly connected with the machine for opening and sorting coconut shells. It takes only 40 minutes to complete the process of sorting, desalinizing, dehydrating, and drying coconut bran. The quality of the coconut coir and fibre can be bound as much as possible through pipeline operation, labor, energy, and environmental protection. When treated at high temperatures, the coconut fibre and coir is more clean and protective of the environment. This manufacturing line is a crucial piece of machinery for the mechanized, large-scale, and intensive manufacture of coconut fibre and coir.
