The hot, long-lasting fire that charcoal/coal produces makes it an attractive fuel. Briquettes, which are produced into homogenous chunks after being combined with various materials, are frequently used for industrial processes as well as outdoor cooking.

A conveyorised machine placed for making briquettes is called a coal briquette dryer. These dryers offer continuous and efficient working lines while handling abrasive and tough working situations. The dryer machine can be heated using coal, gas, electricity, oil, and wind power.

A heat source is built inside the dryer and can take the form of steam, hot air, or thermal oil. Typically, a hob, electrical heaters, or other devices produce the heat source. Through an input, hot air or liquid is pumped across the dryer’s drum and into direct contact with the coal or briquettes.

The moisture is absorbed by the hot air or liquid as it passes through the coal or briquettes, and the moisture is subsequently expelled as water vapor. The moisture-filled air or fluid exits the dryer through an output, and depending on the design, it may go through additional processing to recover the water or trap any particulates, such as condensation or filtration.
